The Frontline Design division embodies Frontline's ongoing commitment to investigation and development within the field of customer management. Frontline Design projects aim to break new ground in training technology and practice by trialling innovative new techniques and implementing cutting edge technology with potential to advance the frontiers of management, service training and customer engagement.

In addition to its internal development efforts, Frontline Design operates short (1 - 5 day) programs a few times a year to field test prospective training techniques and technologies. These programs are heavily recorded and offer less flexibility than standard Frontline programs and as such are not recommended to most customers. This said, we encourage organisations with a commitment to investigation, development and change to join us at the forefront of the training field for one of our short courses or technology development programs. At present Frontline Design programs are accessible by application only.
