Frontline Equine applies the principles of effective training and instruction that drive our customer management courses to our flagship performance coaching and personal brand management program.
Equestrian sport, more so than many other fields of endeavour, requires individual competitors to act as entrepreneurs and professionals in order to forge a career from such a demanding and upkeep-heavy enterprise.
Methodology
Individual business development coaching is provided for athletes striving to achieve at the highest levels in their riding career. Frontline Equine is able to assist each rider to develop their own personal brand and to build their equestrian profiles by assisting clients to identify, attract and maintain appropriate sponsorship and to develop and manage a growing client base. Inherent in all coaching is an emphasis on the importance of a healthy work / life balance.
As with all training and coaching provided by the Frontline group, sessions are targeted specifically for each individual and provide practical solutions with clear guidelines for implementation. Ongoing support is an important factor in all coaching programs and the Frontline Equine program is committed to providing the long term resources and support needed to allow elite athletes to build a sustainable and rewarding career over time.
