Coaching
One-on-one personalised coaching is a form of performance support and development that allows the unique needs of individuals to be identified and addressed.
Frontline's individualised coaching programs give the participant a genuine opportunity to discuss areas he/she finds challenging, difficult or just plain confusing. Because of the flexibility offered by this type of coaching, areas for improvement previously identified by management or which are highlighted by the initial coaching discussion can be worked through in a targeted manner to develop specific action plans and to achieve the behavioural and operational changes that will help each person to build their effectiveness in their role.
Personalised one-on-one customer management or performance coaching is usually performed on site at the participant’s workplace and can be readily worked into their daily schedule.
